At first glance, this seems an attractive and well laid-out book, with some interesting projects. However, these projects and their methods have been brought together in this book from thirteen different contributors, which I feel makes the book rather confusing, with a degree of inconsistency in terminology and some diagrams hard to interpret.
I believe there to be an error in the instructions for the Chinese Crown Knot and the suggestion, that you could make a Crown Sennit from a series of these, is incorrect.
Although many of the projects are very simple, I do not recommend this for a beginner. Even so, I was tempted to make a pair of earrings from the book, with which earrings I am very pleased.
