ABoK 1843

The ABoK 1843 anchor hitch variant is shown tied with the extra wrap going up towards the ring.  Anyone see any problems with wrapping it back down towards the standing end and finishing it with a half hitch?

Why bother?  I can't see a finishing HHitch as
being anywhere nearly as secure as what one
has already, with the extra tucked wrap.

One might put in the extra wrapping not through
the *body* of the knot
--i.e., not around the turns around the object--
but around the SPart (such as Ashley suggests
for the timber hitch), which might give more
slack-security.

Aesthetics more than anything. It just looks neater to my eye that way.
