Hi Alan,
I have seen in all sources, the Internet, but the name of this knot have not found. In this case it differs nothing from Quick release knot, only the turn by a half-hitch round the standing end of knot in this case is made. I not sure,it it only my sight. ;)

It's a variation on the highwayman's hitch
with the difference as noted above.  It doesn't
seem to improve over that knot's weaknesses,
which are vulnerability to capsize (SPart pulls
the toggle bight through the frame) and some
difficulty on releasing if there's tension on the
SPart (that might be a GOOD thing!).
