Bee knot - Noeud abeille
« on: May 28, 2018, 04:10:35 PM »
Hello,

I hope you'll enjoy and test this "bee knot". :)

This tying is approximatively the meeting of an angler's loop (abok #1017) and a double scaffold knot (abok #1120).

I'm wondering what its qualities and flaws can be, particularly how it jams in general and in particular in comparison with a regular angler's loop : how the arrangement of the working end in the additional turns affects jamming under heavy load ?

To untie it, you can unpass the main loop through the collar bight, then pull in opposite directions on the 2 ends.

Please excuse me if I damaged english language in this post.

B.
