Hi Olegan67,
I don't know what the man in the video is doing (is that the last line of the net? maybe the work for the last line of the net is different), however looking at the other lines I think the "knot" used is that I show in the attached pictures, I hope they are quite clear, I used colors to try to distinguish the strands... hope this helps.
