A one-handed method of tying the Alpine Butterfly

WHAT!!! No one-handed untying of the AB?! ;D
But seriously, I think your use of stop motion is a credible technique, allowing the author to highlight a particular instance in the tying process, which also makes for easier pausing by the interested knot tyer for extended study.
