Junior membership Age Limit
« on: November 27, 2014, 03:45:40 PM »
Dear all
I was a junior member of IGKT for around 1 and half years before I just turned 18 this year.
I'm wondering if the guild could relax the rules and increase the junior membership age limit to maybe 20 or 21 years old? I really miss reading KM, plus KM is the only up to date source of knotting-related info for me.
Thanks!

KJD.
The Guild is always pleased to have young Knot Tyers in its ranks. As a registered charity, some members travel miles to teach and demonstrate for no fee.
There is a crossover between Charity and Benifits
I recomend you write direct to the  to the IGKT Hon Sec, to prove what benefit the IGKT  will get from your continuing free membership. Just what are you putting into the guild, how are you supporting the hard working members who take Knot Tying to the  world.
Having said that, we have members who can help you set up a group, ( see definition of group, ie.more than one)
with advice/guidance.
This is just a forum, so please write and show your worth.

Yours Aye

Chairman of IGKT Trustees.
