As many of you will know, Ben Selfe died recently after a long illness.
There will be a memorial service in the Mariners' Chapel, Gloucester Docks at 4pm on this coming Friday, September 12th. It will be preceded by a flotilla from Saul Junction, starting at 12 noon and followed by a buffet at the Fosters pub on the Gloucester dockside.

I apologise for the last minute advice of this event - a request was sent to the webmistress on Wednesday last (3rd Sept) and it is still not up on the home page today (10th Sept).
