The Broach bend, by Harry Asher

   Although the two first curves are hooked within each other, the way the Tail Ends work as pivots reminds the mechanism of the Zeppelin bend, indeed. A more Zeppelin-like, but possibly less stable bend, is shown at (1), and at the last attached picture. The Broach bend can be considered a hybrid between this later bend and the bends based on interlocked shape -"8" knots, shown at (2). However, at those bends shown at (2), the two links are interweaved in many more points, so much more extensively than in the Broach bend, a feature that may be a disadvantage regarding untying.

This is not a knot.
