Emails are the lifeblood of my corporation. We have developed a sophisticated way of keeping our mailing list current with minimal effort. In fact, most of it is automated. I really don't want to share the specifics with you on the boards, but if you would like to pursue this, please contact me via my email and I will provide the details.

I like the idea by Wed and I'll look into that. Reminders for subs should ideally go by email (getting a bit chicken and egg this) but in the UK a significant number pay by bank standing order and never receive reminders - and many do pay up without a reminder so we are likely to end up with a multi part strategy to move forward. Again I am grateful for all suggestions.
