A variation of the "Simple Simon Under", but executed in both ends.
Harry Asher shows the like variation on "Simple Simon" -- apparently prior
to his distinguishing an "under" variation -- and calls it "Double (or Two Cross)
Simple Simon".
I don't know if anyone's ventured beyond this in the same way,
making "Three Cross/Triple" such ...Over/Under versions, but surely
one can
project the construction method to these and on ad infinitum.
And how much *new* should they be accorded?
