« on: July 09, 2008, 12:55:18 AM »
Hello All,
I have found a knot tying program on the web.
A knot drawn with it can be found here.

The program is at this web site:

Hi TH,

Here is the same knot diagram produced using FCB utility

and attached is the .cyp file that you can load into the FCB utility to recreate the knot.

You can download the latest version of FCB from here https://knotcyphers.pbwiki.com/The+FCB+Cypher

Using the utility it took about 2 mins to draw out the diagram and of course it is very easy to experiment with different designs.

Seriously though,

There is a lot of pressure on the owners of Delphi to produce a facility to integrate Mac into the Delphi stable.

The moment they do, I will port the utility to this OS.

Apple Mac you know the other Operating System that is actually really a good OS. I have a mac book(Laptop) that has seemed to find away for me to use all the time now. I am only using my PC laptop for stuff that the mac does not support yet. At first when I got the mac book I was skeptical at best of it. Now that I have been using it solid for a month, I am finding it very useful and a pleasure to use. As a PC & Mac technician I am finding that the Mac OSX is a very practical and useful tool in a variety of aspects in the field and just at home checking email and cruising the internet. I know the one I bought is second hand and about 6 months old. It works without any flaws or glitches. Installing software is super fast and easy. The uninstall procedure is the same way. I got this one I am using right now for about $1,000.00 USD. All in all I really am enjoying my experience with the Mac Book. I am going to keep it around for a spell I think.

Brian...

Well you beat me to the punch. LOL... :P

I will be glad when they can port a solid programming environment for Mac. Then third party programming will be putting out some serious software then.
