You can order books and other items either by post or by email. There is an order form below which you can download, print and post with your cheque but you will need to know the amount to include for postage and packing (p&p) - see How to Pay below. There are also printable catalogues which you can download showing book covers and pictures of other items.
You can also send your order by email - simply list the items you require and the Supplies Secretary will let you know the postage & packing charge before you confirm your order.
Discounts on bulk purchases are available on some books. Please contact the Supplies Secretary for details.
Goods will be sent to you by Royal Mail (using airmail if outside the UK) as soon as your payment has been processed. Any claim that goods were not received must be made not earlier than 21 days after dispatch and if damaged within 14 days of receipt. Any refund will be processed using the same method used for payment.
International postal rates have recently increased greatly. This is understandably annoying for our customers.
There have been occasions recently when our sales-person, Andy, has been abused about the 'prices we charge for shipping'. This behaviour will not be tolerated.
Like all of us, Andy is a volunteer and we require that volunteers are treated with respect.
You can check shipping rates and any associated insurance are available on the web from either Royal Mail or a variety of other carriers.
