As members will have seen from KM there is an annual "Ditty Bag Award" instituted by the Guild President. The award judges consider only the ropework on the bag (not the ability to sew!) so we have some ditty bags for sale (see the "Goods for Sale" page catalogue for a picture) supplied without cord for you to add your own - whether or not you want to enter the competition. These can be ordered from the Supplies Secretary as usual (they are on the order form now) at a cost of 7.50 GBP plus postage (and outside Europe, possibly duty & tax). If you wish you can also reserve a bag to be collected and paid for at the AGM in May and save the extra costs. On the order form it says "Members only" - we are happy to sell to non-members but priority initially at least will be given to Guild members as we only have a limited stock. If these bags prove to be popular we shall certainly re-order from our suppliers.
