IGKT Library
The Guild Library is made up of over 380 books and documents – all of which have been donated to the Guild by past and present members. Among these documents there are some valuable books, collections of papers and a complete set of Knotting Matters, together with various other newsletters from our larger branches.
It has always been the policy of the IGKT that these books should not be loaned to individuals; but will be available for members to have access to at UK meetings. However, in order to give members more access to the Library, an assortment of books have been boxed up into sets (approx 30 books per box), which are loaned to UK branches on the basis that they are collected at the AGM or Half Yearly Meeting and returned at the next UK Half Yearly Meeting or AGM.
The Librarian will accept reasonable requests for information from the library, but will not copy or scan any document or part of a document if copyright is likely to be breached.
