The coast near our 2017 Spring Symposium location in South Molton - we don't guarantee the weather!
The meeting will take place at two venues, The Coaching Inn and, less than 100 metres away, the historic Georgian Guildhall, both in the small market town of South Molton. The town is surrounded by farming countryside, on the edge of Exmoor National Park.

The Knot Festival – a macramé festival at Det Gamle Værft – The Old Shipyard
Det Gamle Værft – The Old Shipyard welcomes you to our international macramé festival – The Knot Festival, in Aeroeskoebing on the maritime island Aeroe. The festival runs from Friday, 14th July to Sunday, 16th July, 2017.
Please book ferry and accommodation in due time before the festival.
Det Gamle Værft – The Old Shipyard is situated at the harbour in Aeroeskoebing right beside the ferry from Svendborg. We are a registered social economic business. Our main focus is communicating our maritime cultural heritage, especially steam engines and riveted steel ships. Our facilities are perfect for this kind of festival. It will be on the fortress island of Tatihou, just off Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue on the eastern side of the Cherbourg peninsula. There is accommodation on the island and hotels an Saint Vaast.
